Lincoln Park

Illinois

Some neighborhoods buzz. Lincoln Park hums. There’s always motion here. Kids on bikes heading to the park, friends waving across café patios, someone balancing flowers from a corner shop on the walk home. Along Armitage and Clark, bakeries scent the air with fresh bread while restaurants, breweries, and markets keep the sidewalks lively. Local shops spill light onto tree-lined streets, their windows filled with books, candles, and handmade gifts. Evenings stretch easily into the night, with laughter carrying from patios and the clink of glasses under hanging lights. Lincoln Park feels big enough to explore but small enough to know by heart. Around here, every business adds to the rhythm that keeps the neighborhood feeling like home.

Alaina Franks

Local Account Manager

Hi! My name is Alaina Franks. I am a proud Fairview, NC native - a small tight-knit town right on the outskirts of Asheville. My love for local business stems from my family's rich history of owning and operating businesses in Buncombe County for over 100 years. I understand the love and hard work that is poured into every day as a business owner. In Fall of 2023 I traded my corporate marketing career for a role at LoLo with the anticipation of helping bridge the gap between small businesses and their communities. Where I was raised, and LoLo was brought to life, supporting local has always been a core belief. My joy comes in the form of a warm cup of local coffee while I browse a cozy bookstore… or a freshly-brewed cider and locally-raised burger at the brewery while the dogs and kids play… and of course some live bluegrass playing in the background! With each LoLo gift that I send, I hope that I give someone else a reason to stop in and get a little taste of that joy that I so love!
