DST Coffee is a family-owned coffee shop proudly serving the Carson Valley with high-quality, third wave coffee while sourcing locally whenever possible. Their mission is to create culture and embrace community, offering a space that’s perfect for everything from first dates to business meetings, study sessions, or just hanging out. In case you're wondering about why they chose the name they did, here's the story: Nevada has a history behind these plates. For many decades, license plates were issued by county. Along with your county code for your license plate, a "T" would also be added if you had a truck or a "TR" if it was for a trailer. Being born and raised for generations in Douglas County, their family became very familiar with these plates. It is sometimes funny how little objects can hold such a sense of pride. Their family loves where they come from and find joy sharing this little tradition with other Valley locals.
