What you get: Any pint on draft Half Batch Brewing was born in the kitchen of a college apartment in Baton Rouge in 1995. That’s when and where I brewed my first beer. A homebrewer does not exist who has not thought while brewing a batch of beer, “If I could do this for a living…”. Each homebrewer differs in how he completes that sentence, and in how far down the road to opening a brewery he may travel. Half Batch Brewing was created to share our beer with our community. Our goal is to brew the best beer we can possibly brew. Every time. Hence the motto “Half Batch Brewing – Never Half Ass.”
