Welcome to Poke Loa, Louisiana's first and finest poke restaurant. Our locally-owned family business serves up the freshest cuts of fish around. Delivered fresh daily, and our fish, toppings, and vegetables are chopped and prepared in-house. We also make all of our own sauces, juices, and original recipes in-store. Choose from one of our four signature bowls, or you are welcome to build your own completely customized bowl as you go through the line.

All of our fish is butchered in house by a trained sushi chef and we also make all of our sauces in house. There are many different ways to customize your poke so you can always have a new experience or just stick to what you already crave. Here at Poke Loa you really get to eat poke however you like it!
