Wedge Brewing Company
Wedge Brewing Co is located in the lower level of the Wedge Studios in the River Arts District in Asheville, North Carolina. The three story classic warehouse was built adjacent to the railroad tracks and functioned as a produce and livestock distribution center in the early part of the 19th century. After many evolutions, the Wedge, named for the shape of the building, was transformed into Artist studios by our friend, John Payne. Click here to see some of his work on YouTube. Our intention at the Wedge Brewery is to produce good beer in the classic styles. We use the best sourced ingredients to make beer we can be proud of. Our brewery size and production (about 1300 barrels) allow us to be a throwback to the neighborhood brewery. We are always thankful and honored by the support of our beer-savvy locals.
